BRAND STANDARDS & LOGO/ARTWORK FILE SUBMISSION

Acceptable File Formats: .AI, .PDF, .EPS,.PSD & .TIFF files.

Files that require ART TIME ($): JPG,.PNG,.GIF,.BMP files.

Unacceptable File Formats: .PPT, .XLS, .DOC, .CDR, .FH files

PLEASE NOTE: all “Corporate Logo Usage Guidelines” and “Corporate Brand Standards” created for companies, organizations, or businesses, along with the full suite of logo variations that represent the brands within them should be submitted to Creative Services at LogoHQ prior to any work being performed by our art department.

Please contact your Marketing Department (or the Ad Agency responsible for creating them) & send directly to phil.ruzicka@mylogohq.com and art@mylogohq.com prior to any work being performed at LogoHQ.

  • Provide at least 300 dpi resolution at 100% size (or what will end up being the final size used)
  • Fonts: All text must be converted to outlines prior to submission. We support a limited number of fonts.
  • Color: Please provide your PMS colors if specific PMS colors are to be utilized for a particular job, or if specific colors within image are required.
  • For Contract Orders: PMS colors must be provided along with a matched paper print or digital representation of design or files, to include specific PMS colors within the design prior to Production.
  • If a PMS color is not in the Pantone Solid Coated library, we cannot reference it. Please substitute the closest PMS match using the Pantone Solid Coated library, or we can find the closest match for you. (Standard Wilflex Colors are available for screen printing).

Vector Files
A vector file is an image that is composed of paths. You will most likely hear the terms spot colors, fonts, outlines, and curves discussed in regard to this type of file.

Raster Files
A raster file is an image that is composed of pixels. You will most likely hear the terms separations, resolution, layers, and channels discussed in regard to this type of file. These files are generally created, scanned, or taken from online images into Photoshop.

SENDING the ACTUAL ARTWORK or FILES:

  • FILES UP TO 10MB: Please email art to art@mylogohq.com To help avoid potential file errors, please compress the files & send a Zip file
  • ART FILES between 10MB and 1GB: Please contact Customer Service at 800-694-9424 to obtain info & upload file(s) to our FTP site. Or, you may email us at art@mylogohq.com.
  • ART FILES 1GB and above: Please split up the files (if more than one) or send a DVD.
  • DropBox YouSendIt. OK…
